How often do you provide service?

We offer weekly and twice-weekly recurring service, along with one-time cleanups. We’ll help you choose the right schedule based on the number of dogs, yard size, and how frequently the area is used
Do I need to be home during service?

No. As long as we can safely access the service area, you do not need to be home. Please make sure gates are unlocked and the yard is accessible on your scheduled service day.
Can my dog stay outside while you work?

We love dogs, but every dog responds differently to visitors. For everyone’s safety, we may ask that your dog remain inside during service unless we have agreed otherwise.
What happens to the waste?

We securely double-bag all pet waste and place it neatly in your outdoor trash bin.
IMPORTANT PRICING POLICIES

Weekly service includes approximately 52 scheduled visits per year, divided into 12 equal monthly payments. Your monthly price remains the same whether a calendar month contains four or five scheduled visits.Recurring service is billed automatically each month on the anniversary date of first service.No long-term contract. You may cancel before your next billing date to prevent the following monthly charge.Prices cover a standard residential yard up to approximately ¼ acre.Overgrown grass, leaves, standing water and inaccessible areas can prevent complete removal.Customers must provide safe yard access.A $15 return fee may apply if the gate is locked or the yard is inaccessible.Holiday or severe-weather visits may be moved to the next available service day.Because additional waste accumulates between visits, no automatic credit is given when a
weather-delayed visit is completed on the next scheduled date.Pricing is subject to an in-person or photo-based assessment for oversized or heavily accumulated yards.
